A careful learning environment
Cubsly keeps answers age-appropriate, protects the tutor role, and gently redirects unsuitable requests. If a child shares a critical concern, Cubsly follows safeguarding procedures and points the child toward a trusted adult. Parents are notified only when it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Deletion is described honestly

Will Cubsly do my child's homework?
Cubsly is intended to support understanding. It guides the child through the idea and encourages an honest attempt instead of acting as an answer-copying tool.
What ages is Cubsly for?
Cubsly currently supports ages 6–14 in three age bands. Parents select the band and can adjust the learning pace for each child.
Can my child use Arabic?
Yes. Cubsly supports English, Arabic, and mixed-language questions, with warm, age-appropriate replies.
What happens if a child shares something worrying?
Cubsly responds calmly, encourages reaching a trusted adult, and follows its safeguarding procedures. Parent notification depends on the concern and whether notification is appropriate.
What happens when we delete our data?
Active data is removed after any applicable grace period. Encrypted backups expire within seven days, and deletion records prevent removed data from returning after a restoration.

يحافظ كبسلي على ملاءمة الإجابات للعمر وعلى دور المعلّم، ويوجّه الطلبات غير المناسبة بلطف. وإذا شارك الطفل أمرًا بالغ الخطورة، يتبع كبسلي إجراءات الحماية ويوجّهه إلى شخص بالغ يثق به. ولا يُخطر الأهل إلا عندما يكون ذلك آمنًا ومناسبًا.

تُحذف البيانات النشطة بعد فترة السماح المطبقة. وتنتهي صلاحية النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة خلال سبعة أيام، ولا تعود السجلات المحذوفة إلى الخدمة بعد الاستعادة.

ماذا يحدث عند حذف بياناتنا؟
تُزال البيانات النشطة بعد أي فترة سماح مطبقة. وتنتهي صلاحية النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة خلال سبعة أيام، وتمنع سجلات الحذف عودة البيانات المحذوفة بعد الاستعادة.
